NetFlow

NetFlow is a protocol used by network devices to collect and export information about IP traffic flow. It allows administrators to monitor the volume, origin, and destination of IP traffic, as well as the types and lengths of packets, and the time they were transmitted. The information collected by NetFlow can be used for network planning, troubleshooting, and security purposes, among others. The protocol provides valuable insights into network behavior and usage patterns, enabling administrators to optimize network performance and identify potential security threats.
